Legal Work
As an attorney, my main focus was on creditor and debtor bankruptcy representation, with involvement in nearly 700 cases. I also worked with small business startups and created wills and trusts.
Just after law school, I worked as a HotDocs document automation consultant and developer. Among other things, our group developed a multi-jurisdiction limited liability company formation system for Lexis-Nexis.
I practiced law in Utah from 1995 to early 2009.
